The mission of City Lights Public Charter School is to educate and provide effective therapeutic programs for emotionally disturbed adolescents, ages 14 to 22, so that each student may be prepared academically, vocationally, socially and emotionally to succeed in school and in adult life. City Lights PCS is dedicated to helping youth develop healthy and independent lives.
